LemonTrades reads the market news so you don’t have to, and tells you what moved your market, and why.
Our story
LemonTrades started as a news bot for one gold trader. Gold moves on inflation data, Treasury yields, the Fed and the dollar, and keeping up meant watching a dozen sources at once. The bot did the reading, and sent a message only when something mattered.
In October 2026 we rebuilt it for every market and every trader, and called it LemonTrades.
What we believe
Why, not just what
A price move is half the story. Every alert says which way the news pushes each market, and why.
Only what matters
You set how big a story must be, how many alerts an hour, and when to stay quiet.
Show the record
Every morning-brief call is graded at the close, and every one counts. No cherry-picking.
Analysis, never orders
We explain the market. We don’t tell you to buy or sell, and we never trade for anyone.
Say how sure we are
Alerts are labeled confirmed, single source or unconfirmed, and confirmed later when a major outlet reports it.
Your data is yours
No ads, no tracking cookies, and we never sell your information.
How it’s built
LemonTrades runs on Cloudflare. AI from Anthropic (Claude) writes the alerts, briefs and Twan’s answers, and Google’s Gemini scores the headlines. News comes from public financial news feeds, and prices from live and delayed public sources. AI can make mistakes, which is why every alert says how sure it is and every bias is graded.
Where we are
LemonTrades started as a free, invite-only beta, and everyone who joined then keeps it free. We’re building it with the traders using it: write to hello@lemontrades.app (we answer within a few hours) or use the Feedback button in the app, and the blog has what’s new.
