Disclaimer

The short version: LemonTrades gives market news and analysis. It isn’t financial advice, and your trading decisions are your own.

Not financial advice

Everything on LemonTrades is general information: alerts, headlines and their scores, calendar previews and results, morning briefs with their bias, confidence and key levels, charts, the bias scorecard, and Twan’s answers. None of it is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation, offer or invitation to buy, sell or hold any currency, commodity, index, stock, derivative or crypto asset, or to follow any trading strategy.

It doesn’t take your goals, your finances or how much risk you can take into account.

We’re not your broker or adviser

LemonTrades doesn’t hold money, place trades or manage accounts, and it isn’t a broker or an investment adviser. Using LemonTrades doesn’t make us your adviser. If you need advice for your situation, speak to a licensed professional.

Trading is risky

Forex, metals, energy, indices, stocks and crypto can move fast and far. Leveraged products like CFDs, futures and margin trading can lose you more than you put in. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

AI can be wrong

Much of LemonTrades is written by AI (Anthropic’s Claude and Google’s Gemini) from news feeds and market data. It can misread a headline, mix up events, miss something or be plain wrong. Labels like “single source” and “unconfirmed report” mean what they say. Check anything important against the original source before you act on it.

Data can be late or inaccurate

Prices come from public sources. They may be delayed, may not be prices you could trade at, and may differ from your broker’s. Calendar times, forecasts and results come from third parties. We don’t promise that any alert, brief or answer will arrive, arrive on time, or cover every event.

Past results aren’t a promise

The bias scorecard and the charts show what happened before. They don’t guarantee what happens next. A dot on a chart shows what the price did after a piece of news, not that the news caused it.

Other people’s content

Headlines and articles belong to their publishers, and links take you to sites we don’t control. Showing or linking to them doesn’t mean we endorse them.

Your decisions

You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their results. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for trading losses: see section 9 of our Terms of Service.
