Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of LemonTrades: the website at lemontrades.app, the Telegram bot, and the messages we send to Telegram, Discord and email. LemonTrades is in beta. By creating an account or using LemonTrades, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use LemonTrades.

1. Not financial advice

LemonTrades gives general market information and analysis: news alerts, economic calendar alerts, morning briefs with a directional bias and key levels, a scorecard of past calls, and answers from Twan, our AI analyst.
None of it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. It doesn't take your goals, finances or tolerance for risk into account.
Trading forex, metals, energy, futures, stocks and crypto is risky, and you can lose more than you put in. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. Think about speaking to a licensed adviser.
Past results, including the bias scorecard, don't guarantee future results.

2. AI and data can be wrong

Much of LemonTrades is written by AI (Anthropic's Claude and Google's Gemini) from news feeds and market data. It can be late, incomplete or wrong, and prices may be delayed. Check anything important yourself before acting on it.
We don't promise that alerts, briefs or answers will arrive, arrive on time, or cover every event.

3. The beta

LemonTrades is a free beta. Features may change, break or be removed. We may limit how much you can use it (for example, questions per day), and we may end the beta.
Access is by invitation. An invite code is for the person it was given to.

4. Your account

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You're responsible for what happens on it.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use LemonTrades for anything illegal; resell, republish or redistribute its content (it's for your personal use); scrape it or use bots to access it; get around its limits or security; or interfere with the service or other people's use of it.

6. Other services

LemonTrades relies on other services, including Cloudflare (hosting and email), Anthropic and Google (AI), Telegram and Discord (messages), Google sign-in if you use it, and public news and price sources. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for them.

7. Our content

LemonTrades, its software and its content belong to us or our licensors. Headlines and articles belong to their publishers. While these terms apply, you may use LemonTrades for yourself; you can't transfer that right.

8. No warranty

LemonTrades is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for trading losses, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, arising from your use of LemonTrades. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for LemonTrades in the 12 months before the claim, which is nothing during the free beta.

10. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service, or when the beta ends. You can stop using LemonTrades and delete your account whenever you like.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by message. If you keep using LemonTrades after that, you accept the new terms.
