Introducing LemonTrades

An AI news desk for traders. It reads the market news around the clock and tells you what moved your market, and why.

The LemonTrades lemon logo, glowing on a dark grid.

Gold drops twenty dollars in a minute. You open five apps to find out why, and by the time you do, the move is over. LemonTrades is built for that minute.

It’s an AI news desk for traders. It reads financial news around the clock, scores every headline for the markets you follow, and tells you what moved them and why: in the app, by email, on Telegram and on Discord.

It started as a gold desk

LemonTrades began as a news bot for one gold trader. Gold moves on inflation data, Treasury yields, the Fed and the dollar, so following it meant watching a dozen sources at once. The bot did the reading and sent a message only when something mattered.

It worked well enough that we rebuilt it for every market and every trader. For a few days it was called TradeAssist; now it’s LemonTrades, at lemontrades.app.

What the desk does

  • Breaking news, explained. Every couple of minutes the desk reads about 20 news sources. AI scores each headline from 0 to 10 for every market, and the big stories become one alert with a line per market: which way it pushes, and why.
  • Price spikes. When a market you follow moves sharply in minutes, you get a ⚡ alert with the likely cause.
  • Calendar alerts. A heads-up before CPI, jobs reports and central bank decisions, then the actual against the forecast, and what it means, about a minute after the release.
  • A morning brief. Every weekday at your time: the bias for each of your markets, key levels from real prices, and what would flip it.
  • Ask Twan. The desk’s AI analyst. He checks prices, the news wire and the calendar before he answers. Meet Twan.
  • A scorecard. Every brief’s call is graded at the close, so you can see how often the desk is right. How it’s graded.

Only what matters

More alerts isn’t better. You choose how big a story has to be before it reaches you, how many alerts you get in an hour, and when the desk stays quiet overnight. Shocks, like a surprise rate move, always get through.

You can also pick priority topics, like inflation, Treasury yields or the Fed. Those reach you even when the news doesn’t name your market, because they move it anyway.

Every market you trade

Major forex pairs and the Dollar Index, gold and silver, oil and natural gas, the S&P 500, Nasdaq 100, Dow, Russell 2000, DAX, FTSE 100 and Nikkei, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and XRP, and any US-listed stock.

What it isn’t

LemonTrades gives information and analysis. It never tells you to buy or sell, and it doesn’t know your finances. Your trades are your own decisions. Read the disclaimer.
